How to print a PDF online in India
Upload a PDF, choose A4 or A5, black-and-white or colour, single or double sided, and optional spiral binding. Printvity delivers across India with no minimum order.
What you need before you upload
Export the final file as PDF so fonts, margins and page count stay as you designed them. Word and PowerPoint also upload, but a PDF is the most predictable for print.
Check the page size in the file properties. If the PDF is A4, order A4. Scaling an A4 file down to A5 shrinks type; scaling A5 up to A4 can look soft.
- All pages present and in order
- Readable type (avoid 8 pt body text for student notes)
- Images embedded, not linked
- Confidential pages removed
Colour, black-and-white, and mixed pages
Black-and-white is the default for notes, drafts and forms. Colour is for charts, photos and branded pages.

Single side vs double side
Double-sided printing halves the sheet count on long notes and reports. Use single side when the reverse must stay blank for writing, court filings or forms.
Binding, or leave sheets loose
Loose sheets are fine for a folder. Spiral or wiro if you need the set to lie flat. Soft cover for a paperback look. Hard cover for thesis-style submissions.
